Map Of Self

Below is a list of the most relatable and recognizable elements of the human experience. I would like you to use these words as well as the shapes provided on the drawing board to create a visual representation of the way that you see yourself. 

 

There is no right or wrong answer. You can place words or shapes wherever you’d like, with however many you’d like, as big or small as you’d like. The only rule is you must use every word at least once. Once your are done please download or screenshot your Map Of Self. 

 

Please be honest with yourself in this exercise. There is no "perfect" map. This is not for judgement or comparison but for healing, awareness, and growth.  May you heal. May you grow. May you awaken.
